Returns & Exchanges

At Ever-Pretty US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your dress, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the return authorization form provided during the online request process.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
